I was so nervous to go to the dentist. I hadn’t been in 15 years due to prior trauma. I finally made an appointment and was greeted by Jen and Janet at the front desk. They were incredibly nice and welcoming. I was brought back for X-rays and to ask, what am I looking to gain? No criticizing or jumping on me for delaying care for so long - just how could they help me. I told them what I wanted to accomplish and Dr. Patel sat with me, examined my teeth and came up with a game plan. I felt included and heard every step of the way. I returned a week later for a deep cleaning, cavity fill and a veneer replacement. When I walked in, they remembered me and said Hi Jackie! I was amazed. I’ve never had a provider remember me. I was incredibly nervous but both Dr. Patel and Teresa the hygienist were amazing. Teresa took her time, walked me through everything she was doing to make sure I was comfortable. Jen even came in and turned on music for me so I had something to help calm and distract me. Nicole was amazing as well with building my veneer, making sure it matched and fit correctly. She checked multiple times to make sure it was perfect! I am so glad I found them and can’t recommend them enough.
